To lead the translation of clinical and public health needs into scalable interoperability solutions, the full-time Senior Clinical Informaticist will work remotely, advising executive leaders and collaborating with various stakeholders on initiatives involving HL7 FHIR, public health surveillance, and health data modernization. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical informatics activities for federal and state interoperability initiatives Translate clinical workflows into business and technical requirements, user stories, and solution designs Advise clients on interoperability standards, including HL7 FHIR and public health implementation guides Required Qualifications Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Health Informatics, Clinical Informatics, or a related field 10+ years of experience in clinical informatics, interoperability, or healthcare consulting Demonstrated expertise with HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2, CDA/C-CDA, and USCDI Experience with EHR platforms and interoperability technologies Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
