Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Solar Appointment Setter role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Solar Appointment Setter will contact prospective clients, explain the company’s services, and qualify leads based on their solar contract situation. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, gathering key information about homeowner contracts, and scheduling appointments for consultations with contract experts. The role also involves updating CRM records, following up with interested homeowners, and maintaining professional, clear communication to ensure a positive experience. The Solar Appointment Setter will collaborate with the advocacy and legal support teams to ensure appointments are accurately set and aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills to efficiently book consultations and manage calendars.
  • Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation abilities to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective homeowners interested in solar contract reviews.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear phone etiquette, active listening, and the ability to explain services in simple terms.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle questions, concerns, and follow-ups with empathy and professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales, communication, or related fields is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in call center, telemarketing, or sales support roles is preferred, especially in financial, legal, or home services sectors.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, with basic proficiency in CRM software and office applications.
  • Reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ on a consistent schedule.
